Trash 2013/14

Our waterways are in jeopardy.  Trash along them is our constant, most visible sign of the problems they are facing.  Sadly, the unseen issues are really the more pressing ones. However, since litter is something that we can have an immediate impact on any time we get out on the water, or hike a trail, ...or heck put ourselves in any public place, let's do our part and pick it up.  While we do need to have a proactive, educational approach to actually REDUCING or ELIMINATING the amount of garbage and toxins that reach our waterways, my hope is to journal my re-active cleanup efforts over the course of a year(s) and then, in turn, use this information to help the greater need of proactive measures.
